The abstracts will be grouped into different themes:

  1. Materials Electrochemistry
  2. Bioelectrochemistry
  3. Electrochemical energy conversion and storage
  4. Molecular electrochemistry
  5. Fundamental electrochemistry
  6. Electroanalysis
  7. Technology and Engineering of Electrochemical Processes
  8. 5th E3 Mediterranean Symposium (Electrochemistry for Environment and Energy)

Instructions for submitting abstracts

  1. Only original works will be accepted.
  2. The abstracts will be accepted in both Spanish and English. In the case of the 5th E3 Mediterranean Symposium, abstracts must be submitted in English.
  3. Each registered person will only able to send only two abstracts (1 oral communication + 1 poster communication, or 2 poster communications). Please note that at least one of the authors of the work must register for the conference.
  4. Authors have the option to request their abstracts to be selected for an oral or poster presentation at the time of submission through the website. However, the final decision on the presentation format is responsibility of the committees.
  5. Abstracts must respect the format of the abstract presentation template.

All accepted works will be included in a Book of Abstracts in electronic format with ISBN number, which will be distributed to all participants registered for the conference.

For each oral or poster presentation, certificates will be issued to as many authors as are registered.

Abstracts format

Abstracts must have a maximum length of 1 page and must adapt to the format of the following template:

The template is in Microsoft Word format. Once completed, upload it through the form, also in Microsoft Word format.
Presentations that do not follow the template format may not be considered by the scientific committee.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Oral presentations
Speakers are requested not to exceed the time allocated for their presentation, which will be specified when they are notified of the acceptance of their presentation.
The presentation schedule will be strictly followed due to the nature of the conference, which includes several parallel sessions.
Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on a USB flash drive at least 20 minutes before their session.
Please check the final scientific program for the date and room of your presentation.
The use of speakers’ own computers is not allowed.
Poster presentations
The maximum recommended poster size is A0: 84.1 cm (width) X 118.9 cm (height).
Adhesive material will be provided to attach the posters to the corresponding panels.
