REGISTRATION

Registration and payment of the registration fee will be absolutely necessary to participate in the Meeting.

The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, congressman’s materials, book of abstracts in electronic format with ISBN number, all coffee breaks, lunches, social event, certificate of attendance, certificate of presentation of communications.

No registration will be considered until payment has been received. VAT is included.

(*) Students of the Master’s Degree and Doctorate in “Electroquímica. Ciencia y Tecnología”, who, in addition to defending their Master Thesis or PhD Thesis projects, wish to participate the rest of the days of the congress, may do so with a reduced fee of €100. In that case, the management of your registration must be carried out following the instructions that you will receive from the Master’s Degree and Doctorate coordinators.

Invoicing

Once the Technical Organization has received the registration and verified that the payment has been made correctly, it will issue and send the corresponding registration invoice by email.

Special needs

Those attendees who have any special requirements (regarding food or mobility) must indicate this in the ‘Additional requirements’ section of the Registration form.

Cancellation and refunding policy

The Congress refund policy, in the event that a confirmed attendee cancels their registration, is as follows:

• All cancellations received before June 1 will have a 25% penalty for administrative expenses.
• Cancellations received from June 1 to June 20 (both inclusive) will have a 50% penalty in administrative expenses.
• Cancellations received after June 21 (inclusive) will have a 100% penalty.
• Name changes will be accepted until June 15.
• Refunds will be made once the MEETING is over.
